Yoga Instruction

     Pelvic floor Yoga Private Sessions are for women of all ages and stages of life. Sessions include:

  • Research based yoga poses to support, release, lengthen and heal the pelvic floor muscles.

  • An assessment of your symptoms and specific yoga poses to bring relief from pelvic pain, tightness and prolapse.

  • Pelvic floor breathing to connect the breathing to the movement of the pelvic floor and diaphragm, to soften and release the pelvic floor muscles.

  • The anatomy of the pelvic floor and supporting muscles.

  • Simultaneously experience increased empowerment for owning your physical health, better sex, and increased mobility by decreasing incontinence, prolapse and pain.
