     Pelvic floor Yoga Private Sessions are for women of all ages and stages of life. Sessions include:

  • Research based yoga poses to support, release, lengthen and heal the pelvic floor muscles.

  • An assessment of your symptoms and specific yoga poses to bring relief from pelvic pain, tightness and prolapse.

  • Pelvic floor breathing to connect the breathing to the movement of the pelvic floor and diaphragm, to soften and release the pelvic floor muscles.

  • The anatomy of the pelvic floor and supporting muscles.

  • Simultaneously experience increased empowerment for owning your physical health, better sex, and increased mobility by decreasing incontinence, prolapse and pain.

     Join pelvic floor yoga remedies specialist, Julia Piazza, for a 3-hour Pelvic Floor Yoga Retreat Day. Learn how to heal and strengthen the pelvic floor with research based yoga poses. 


Workshop includes:

  • A complete Yoga Remedies Pelvic Floor Yoga Flow

  • Exercises and yoga poses to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor

  • Practicing each pose to learn proper alignment and breathing to support the pelvis and pelvic floor

  • Women’s sharing circle, meditation, journaling and reflection

  • Yoga remedies for common pelvic floor ailments during different phases of a woman's life - the 20s, 30s, 40s, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause
