Pelvic floor Yoga Private Sessions are for women of all ages and stages of life. Sessions include:

Research based yoga poses to support, release, lengthen and heal the pelvic floor muscles.

An assessment of your symptoms and specific yoga poses to bring relief from pelvic pain, tightness and prolapse.

Pelvic floor breathing to connect the breathing to the movement of the pelvic floor and diaphragm, to soften and release the pelvic floor muscles.

The anatomy of the pelvic floor and supporting muscles.

Simultaneously experience increased empowerment for owning your physical health, better sex, and increased mobility by decreasing incontinence, prolapse and pain.
